• Returns: Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
• Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
• Proof of Purchase: Please include your receipt or order confirmation with your return.
• Exclusions: Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at jcrdesignme@gmail.com. Once approved, ship your item(s) back to us at the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

We strive to process returns within 5-7 business days of receiving your item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
